Summer Time Sunscreen Time

This you will need in the Summer believe me. If you love your skin and want it to be pretty in the future without wrinkles and dark spots then SUNSCREEN is the most important thing in your life specially summer time. Someone gave me this tip that to never leave the house without sunscreen and to be honest I laughed and said but I want to be tan and not a ghost in the summer. She said one thing girls forget about their skin is blocking the sun rays that damages your skin and forms the lines and wrinkles on your skin. I never knew how important sunscreen is until my co-worker told me. So this year even in winter I never left the house until I had sunscreen on, it became part of my daily routine.

The POREfessional Primer

I picked this primer out because I heard so many people talk about how amazing it is, I hesitated because of the price $37 for a primer. and I'm actually for upset for buying it :(

I cant even notice if it really does the job. I'm sure all of you heard of this by now but I will do the description of it and the good and bad, with my verdict (even though its obvious).

Makeup Cleanser

Hello All,

Today I'm going to talk about this lovely product that I'm in love with. I tried almost every makeup removing cleanser out there (inexpensive ones) but none really did the trick except this lovely product. I'm not a fan of Clean & Clear but I am now. If you haven't had a chance to try this out and always hated that your makeup never goes away from your skin then I recommend you try this.

Application

Moisten face with water. Dispense product onto fingertips and massage over face. Rinse with water. Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush thoroughly with water.

 

Verdict: I've tried lots of skin care products, but this does me justice. Great product. Can't go wrong with the quality and price. I love this scrub, it is too hard but its not harsh on my face when I rub too hard its just so soothing its weird I cant explain it. I didn't know I was suppose to use this 4 times a week so I started doing that every morning and if I forgot in the morning I would use it in the shower later in the day. I'm so in love with my skin after I use it, it makes it look soft, clean, bright, and pretty. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

Verdict: I love St. Ives scrubs and cleansers but this one makes me soo sad :( I hate it so much, it made me dry veryyyy dry on my cheeks and also made them so red I thought my skin fell off my face, it burned like no before, I'm gonna blame it on the Salicylic Acid that's in it because I love this company so much. I decided to give it to my cousin who is 14 and she at the age where shes breaking out and she felt the same but she didn't wanna give it up lol.

 

3) Smooth & Nourished Oatmeal Scrub + Mask

This dual purpose formula combines oatmeal extract with 100% naturally derived exfoliants. Use as a mask for dry skin to nourish with moisture or as a scrub to smooth away dullness. Skin is left looking and feeling soft and healthy.

Verdict: Alright, so this scrub is very gentle, and you can use it everyday my only problem with this is that its very soapy like when you wash it off you have to rinse like 10times maybe 20 to get the whole thing off your face, So my recommendation would be to us it in the shower that's what I do because I'm under a lot of water and I don't care if I get water in my hair lol. I read the ingredients of this product also and I`m not a scientist but I cant pronounce half of them which means its filled with chemicals which makes me not happy :( would I purchase it again... probably not because of the ingredients.

Since the World Cup has started yesterday I thought of reviewing my Brazil Palette.

Verdict:

I absolutely love BH cosmetics and all the palettes I have from them. This is my favorite palette from them it is a really pretty and show off one and defiantly unique. What I love best about this Palette is that all the colors look so good together, if you blend them or have two different vibrant colors they always some how match and compliment each other. When I first applied this on everyone Loved my eyeshadow. I hated putting on bright colors on my eyelid because I always mess it up and end up looking horrible but this Palette was the first one that I tried the look of vibrant colors on my eyelids and Holy!! I cant tell you how pretty this is!! The only thing is I wish they were a little bit more pigmented I have to rub my brush pretty hard to get the bright color but when I use my primer it looks better.And it also has the perfect amount of shimmers and mattes. If your a makeup junkie like me you'd get this ;)

PHOTO FINISH LID PRIMER

First and Last primer. I really love this primer, I cant say enough about it to tell you how awsome it is. It glides on smooth and doesn't crease at all. Really does give my eyelids a nice even color and keeps shadow looking nice throughout the day and I sometimes use it as a lip primer to make my lipsticks pop more. Let me go through the description of this primer

Verdict: Sorry guys but I really have nothing bad to say about this primer, I really think its one of the best ever. I love the fact that its animal cruelty free. I sometimes use it on my hair grown in my eyebrows and it actually hides the hairs. I always get oily lids with any eyeshadow I use no matter if its cheap or expensive and it always creases but with this primer the colors of my eyeshadow shows the exact pigmentation I want and it always stays on which is my favorite everr!!

Lipsticks

Who loves to give those lips some color!

Im the type to go on the whole day with no foundation or anything but I cant go on without coloring my lips!

I love lipsticks, from the natural look to the sexy lushes look.

I will go through all of my favorite lipsticks and tell you what I love about them. Put first im gonna show you a swatch of all the colors.

1) Nyx Lipsticks 

I have bought two of these lipsticks, Narcissus (light pink) and Power (light purple)

I really like these lipsticks, my only problem is that because i'm a little darker (tan) they look weird on me so I have to blend them to make them look matte and natural. 

2) e.l.f. Studio Moisturizing Lipstick

I have the shades Wink Pink (1st picture) and Coral Cutie (2nd Picture). 

I really really love the Wink Pink color, it has a hint of natural color with a flare. I noticed that these lipsticks will stain your lips until you take them off with a makeup cleansing wipe. I just love how my lips look with these ALSO they are good for any day or time. 

3) RIMMEL LONDON Lasting Finish Lipstick-Kate Moss Collection

These are the best matte lipstick I've ever got. Its long lasting, smooth, beautiful color, and just suits my face. I bought #103 & #107 & LOVE them. In my opinion I think this lipstick is better than some high-end lipsticks I have bought. If anyone has a chance to grab one of these please do and experience the amazingness of it lol. 

4) REVLON- Color Stay Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain - Rendezvous

I Really like how this product applies and keeps lips moisturized. The color I chose is so summery and I really love it. It pops when I put it on but when I take pictures this color looks pink Weird lol. The sad part though it doesn't stay on long, its the type of lipstick that only the edges of your lips are colored and the inside is faded, not very lovely, but I love the color so I apply it on every half an hour or hour. 

5) MAYBELLINE - Color Sensational Vivids Lipcolor Fuchsia Flash

Yes Yes its almost done :( My drugstore doesn't have these in stock right now sadly so I have to wait for it. Anyways, this is my first lipstick that I bought with a color that pops like this. I love the pigmentation of this color, and I always get lots of compliments on the color itself. The staying power is just amazing I can have any food I want and not be careful of eating so it doesn't fade away. It stays on for so long that I think I only apply it on like once in 8hrs. I think every girl needs these at least one of the colors in their drawer.



Cleaning your Brushes

Today I would like to share with you how I clean out my brushes. I usually do this once every week but If i get busy I do it once a month, yes I know its yucky but to clean all of them take me atleast an hour becasue I wash them till they are white!

Anyways, I took some pictures of the process on what I do and I used the elf Shampoo to wash them out, but on my foundation brush it didnt work so I just used my hair shampoo. Lets get started



Step 1:

Just like washing something I like to give my brushes that bathing time in the water lol.

They need to relax at some point too because you know they've been standing for weeks.

Step 2:

I just add the Shampoo in the water and make it bubbly.

Then I pour some in my hands and just grab one of the brushes and start cleaning it

Make sure you get the dirt out of the inside too not just the outside thats how bacteria forms.

 Step 3:

I mix it abit in the water just to see how clean it got.

Looks pretty clean. Time to wash it with water and leave it aside for towel drying it.

Step 4:

Once you have them all done, you dry one by one with a towel, make sure you grap a towel for only these brushes, dont use it again just incase you didnt get all the dirt out.

This is my foundation brush and it gets dirty the fastest. but I just clean it after every use.

I love E.l.f's brushes becasue not only they are cheap but they have amazing quality, super soft,and there is so many of them to chose from. The amazing thing about elf is that you can wait on your order until they do these coffee breaks or 50% of all items deal on your email and you can pretty much order the whole website lol. back to the brushes... for all these brushes this is what the description says about them

antibacterial, synthetic haired Taklon brush is softer and more absorbent and can be used with wet or dry products.

I have tried these brushes and I really love the feel of them, and for the price I'm so amazed at the quality, and they do give me that airbrushed look. instead of wasting $30 on one brush I got one brush for $3 or on the sale day for $1.50. I'm not a professional makeup artist but I do love to appling makeup for my amausment and these brushes save me money and give me the look I want. I bought other kinds from lush but I will review them later.

Okay these pallettes have such pretty colors, I didnt stick to one tone I picked dark/mate, shimmer and summer colors, and in between kinda colors for summer spring as well. I can tell you right now that these colors I can use them for everyday when I go to work or go with out. I will do swatchs for these but There is so many colors I got lazy :( but I promise you I will. Click on the pictures for a bigger size. The pigmentation on these palettes are so great. 3. Brush Shampoo

I like this brush Shampoo, and for the price again you can't beat it! it definitely does a great job in getting the makeup out of my brushes. I thought it would smell gross for some reason but it actually has no smell or a funny scent. It washes out very easily and it does what its supposed to do, I cant complain.

4. Maximum Coverage Concealer - Oil Free

It Claims:

Maximum Coverage Concealer provides blendable, wearable, customizable coverage for body and face. The Oil Free formula is perfect for hiding tattoos, birth marks, dark circles, blemishes, scars and more. Highly pigmented for for long-lasting, ultimate coverage and confidence!

I used this once, So I cant really tell you how it is except for my experiance. I liked how it covered my blemishes. I like the testure of it, it's super creamy and easy to blend. It lasted me almost all day without me noticing it. I will use it more and let you know how it is.

5.  Moisturizing Lipstick

I love these lipsticks, I alrdy have 3 of the shades, and decided to get an orange one for the summer. I love the mositure it gives, but I dont know about the longlasting description. I feel like it fades after an hr or when I eat something. This color is called Coral Cutie, and the pigmentation of it is just so pretty.

6. Wrinkle Refiner & Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick

I actually liked what this did, but to be honest when I applied foundation on top of it, the results were just not very pretty, and I alrdy have dry areas in my face and this just made it more dry and patchy, but I can use it alone I guess.

Claims of the Jumbo Lip

The Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick is a tinted lip color that glides on like a lipstick but looks like a gloss. With nourishing Jojoba, Soybean and Vitamin E key ingredients, it conditions and moisturizes the lips. The twist-up component and smooth glide formula is easy to use for on-the-go application.

I hate this Lip gloss stick, all it is is glitter with some color. Im not a fan of glitter on lipsticks or lip gloss, when I applied this on I felt like I was in grade 6 or 7 when we used to play around with glittler lipsticks. but I got this for $1 and you get what you pay for with this item lol
